Cancellation Policy

 

Hickman Creek Kennel requires a credit card number to hold any holiday reservation.  We request a five day notice for any holiday cancellation.  If cancellations are requested after that time, a fee of one night will be charged.  If a reservation is made, and the pet is a no show, there will be a 3 night minimum charge.  Our holiday periods are as follows. 

  • April 1 - April 9

  • May 26 - May 29

  • July 1 - July 8

  • September 1 - September 5

  • November 18 - November 26

  • December 20 - January 2
